The Isle of Man Caliburn Classic Open delivered a superb day of action at the Villa Marina in Douglas, as part of the Isle of Man Caliburn International Darts Festival. Proudly supported by Caliburn Darts, L-Style, the Isle of Man Tourism Board and the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, the event attracted a huge field and produced top-quality darts from start to finish.
After battling through a massive knockout draw, it was Moreno Blom who lifted the title in style, producing a series of excellent performances on his way to becoming Isle of Man Caliburn Classic Open Champion.
Final
In the final, Blom faced Daniel Zapata and turned in a composed display to take the title with a 5–1 victory. Blom averaged 83.15 in the decider, while Zapata averaged 74.86, as the Dutchman capped an impressive tournament run with a convincing win.
Semi-Finals
Blom booked his place in the final with a strong 4–2 win over Jim McEwan, averaging 92.10 in the semi-final.
On the other side of the draw, Daniel Zapata came through a high-quality contest against Jack Drayton, winning 4–2 despite Drayton producing a superb 99.04 average.
Quarter-Finals
The quarter-finals featured several standout displays as the field narrowed to the final four:
