The Isle of Man Caliburn Women’s Pairs delivered another exciting chapter of the Isle of Man Darts Festival, held at the iconic Villa Marina in Douglas, Isle of Man. The tournament, proudly supported by Caliburn Darts, L-Style, the Isle of Man Tourism Board and the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, attracted a strong field of talented female players from across the darts world.
After a competitive knockout stage, it was the experienced pairing of Deta Hedman and Anca Zijlstra who claimed the title with an impressive run through the bracket.
Final
In the final, Hedman and Zijlstra faced Paige Pauling and Vicky Pruim, who had also produced strong performances throughout the event. The final proved to be a tight contest, but Hedman and Zijlstra held their nerve to secure a 2–1 victory and lift the Isle of Man Caliburn Women’s Pairs title.
Semi-Finals
Hedman and Zijlstra booked their place in the final with a convincing 2–0 win over Lorraine Hyde and Eve Watson.
Meanwhile, Pauling and Pruim edged through a close encounter against Rhian O'Sullivan and Leanne Topper, winning 2–1 to reach the final.
